The Organix Cloud Team aims to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. We work with different Courier services for timely and efficient delivery. After placing an order, you will soon receive a confirmation call. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 24 working hours. 

In Pakistan, we offer standard shipping charges on all orders of Rs. 200, no matter how big or small your package is. 

Our Standard Shipping time for CASH ON DELIVERY is 3-5 working days.

Return & exchange policy


Organix Cloud will replace any goods purchased if they are found to be defective or damaged.

The return will proceed under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
  • Products must be sent back within 3 days from the original receipt of goods.
  • Your proof of purchase/order information must also be included in the return.
This is how you can return an item:
  1. Take a clear picture of the item/s that are damaged or faulty and need to be returned
  2. E-mail us at to request a return, attach pictures of the product as well.
  3. Make sure to add your order number
  4. Send the item back to us in:

The seal of each product should be intact.

The packaging of the product is not tampered with.

  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email with the approval.
