Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Organix Cloud. We are committed to providing high-quality products. Our Return & Refund Policy is designed to assist you.


Return

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • After 3 days, we are unable to offer a return, refund, or exchange unless the product delivered was defective or damaged.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • All packaging, seals, and labels must be intact.
  • You must provide a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
  • Only defective or damaged items are eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Please Note:
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to approval after inspection of the returned product.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Important:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable courier service.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 1–7 business days.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund is approved or rejected.

Refund Methods

For COD Orders:
Refunds will be issued via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or Bank Transfer.

For Prepaid Orders:
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at checkout, subject to your payment gateway’s processing time.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

If approved:

  • Exchange items are processed and shipped within 3 business days.
  • Replacement availability depends on stock levels.

 

Order Cancellations (Prepaid & COD)

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order and before shipment.

You will receive a confirmation via email once your order is cancelled.

Note:
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping fee may be deducted where applicable.
  • Delivery time for exchange or replacement items may vary by location.

 
Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide images or videos as evidence so we can process the claim quickly.
  • Depending on product availability, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
