To Soften Homemade Dahi Phulkiyan:
1. Boil a pot of water.
2. Turn down the heat and place the Dahi Phulkiyan in the water.
3. Let them soak for 10-15 minutes until they become soft.
4. Remove the Dahi Phulkiyan from the water and gently press out any excess water.
5. Place them in a serving bowl.
Quick Recipe for Dahi Phulkiyan:
1. Mix 2 cups of yogurt, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, and 1 tsp chaat masala.
2. Pour the yogurt mixture over the softened Dahi Phulkiyan.
3. Top with tamarind chutney, mint chutney, and chopped coriander.
4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
